Hey there! My name's Estelle, and I started this blog at university because I felt I had some useful insights to share about my experience leaving home for the first time.

Since then, the content has evolved somewhat and it's now become a space for me to share highlights from my adventures across the world as well as content about health, fitness, nutrition and even book reviews. The list goes on!

My favourite film is About Time, and my favourite book is Us by David Nicholls. Needless to say, I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic.

I grew up in the southwest of England and am definitely a country girl at heart, but when I turned 25 I decided to move to London. I'm basically trying to be the protagonist in my own romantic comedy.
